Job Description:
Any traveler not currently in possession of an active State of HI license must apply upon acceptance of offer. Candidate must have Hawaii License by start of assignment. Long Term Care Facility on site of hospital. Will beperforming assessments, treatments, medication administration, notifications toMD/NP of pertinent information, admitting and discharging, ADLassistance, gastrostomy tube care, urinary catheter care, nebulizer treatments,wound vac care, CPAP care and other assigned duties. Shift:
Varied shift scheduling of 8-hour shifts:
Days 0730 - 1530, Evenings 1500 - 2330, and Nights . including weekends, holidays, OT rotation may be required. No guarantee of hours or shift preference. Position Urgency:
